If there is one thing that we must remember to maintain our Sobriety is that we are always going to be addicts. This means, we need to constantly be reminded about why we are sober and how we are doing it. We need support. The best support is going to the Meetings for AA or NCAA or to any Sobriety Meeting that is held in your current location. This needs to be come a habit for the rest of your life. You have to change your mindset to think of it as a way of going to network, socialize, to hear others, to be able to offload your thoughts, to learn what the book says and why it is saying it. There are so many interpretations, but yours is the one that makes sense always. Take as much as you can out of the meetings. Don’t just sit there – participate. Join the readings, join the conversations,, ask your questions. Each stage of life is something that requires a different tune, a new thought. Make each meeting worthwhile for you. The Garden Estates Sober Living requires you to attend at LEAST 3 outside Meetings on a weekly basis.

All of our Clients are required to attend our daily meeting at the house. This helps in getting things aligned and understanding our duties and our changes in our duties accordingly. We will also have motivational meetings, managing meetings and just simple plain jane meetings where they are for us to communicate, clear our thoughts of other clients, manage our anger with others and ensure that we are cordial to one another. Nothing is worse off than not getting along. It brings unwanted frustration on both sides. Our Meetings are held at 7:30 Daily.
