REGULAR MAINTENANCE OF OUR SOBRIETY

We conduct testing on a regular basis and it is unknown to the client as to when we will be testing. If you test dirty for any substance, you will be required to leave the premises for a period of 14 days. There is no denying a drug test. You will be asked to

1. Sign your drug test results (failure to sign will be automatic termination to the home)
2. Leave the premises immediately for a period of 14 days
   • This means that you will
     1. Pack your belongings
     2. *we do not store items here for you
     3. Be escorted out of the home amicably

You can only be accepted back into the sober living home if you

• Write a letter to our Director as to
  1. What you did during your time away,
  2. What you feel happened for you to relapse.
  3. Be Sincere in returning as you only have 1 chance of a possibility of coming back to the home
